Welcome to Care Home Web Design, a service provided by FTB Digital. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Care Home Web Design. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
As part of your subscription, Care Home Web Design provides:
- A custom WordPress website tailored to your business needs.
- Monthly website maintenance, including updates and security monitoring.
- Three (3) industry-related blog posts per month to enhance your website’s SEO and engagement.
3. Subscription and Trial Period
- Subscription Fee: The subscription fee is $25 per month. Payment is processed monthly.
- 15-Day Trial Period: New subscribers are entitled to a 15-day trial period. During this time, you can cancel your subscription without charge. If you cancel during the trial, you will no longer have access to the website created during this period.
4. Cancellation Policy
- During the Trial Period: Subscribers may cancel within the 15-day trial period at no cost. Access to the website and any associated services will be immediately revoked upon cancellation.
- After the Trial Period: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, access to your website will be terminated upon cancellation unless you meet the transfer eligibility criteria outlined below.
5. Website Ownership and Transfer
- Ownership: The website and its content remain your property while your subscription is active.
- Website Transfer: After maintaining an active subscription for one (1) year or more, you are eligible to transfer your website to another hosting provider. Upon transfer, we will provide the necessary files and instructions. Please note that ongoing maintenance, updates, and blog creation will no longer be provided after the transfer.
6. Proforma Invoice Information
Subscribers will receive a proforma invoice upon completing their checkout. This invoice serves as an initial payment estimate and confirmation of your subscription details. A finalized invoice will be provided after payment processing.
7. Payment and Refunds
- Payments are processed on a monthly basis.
- Refunds are not available for payments made after the 15-day trial period.
- Any failed payment will result in the suspension of services until payment is successfully processed.
8. Use of Services
Subscribers agree to use the website and associated services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse, including hosting prohibited content or engaging in illegal activities, will result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Care Home Web Design and FTB Digital are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While we strive to provide reliable and secure services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or the services offered at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
